Client assigns a single point of contact (SPOC) with whom team DDS interacts on a daily basis for necessary executions. There can be multiple SPOC depending on the department spread.
Team DDS brainstorms the framework & designs its structure
Client provides his input or changes if need be in the framework.
Team finalizes the framework after accepting changes.
Implementation of the framework is initiated with the assistance of SPOC.
Implementation is regularly tracked by Team DDS over Calls/WhatsApp.
Next framework is initiated after approval from the client (Process re-appears from step 2).
After complete implementation & audit of the decided frameworks, we handover the belongings of the clients & project closure takes place.
